Two months down, 10 more to go. The days are passing by too quickly! 😭

So... ColourPop released new products yet again, and they had to ALSO release new Kathleenlights products around the same time. They freaking used Kathleen to get me to buy from them again (because I kind of told Twitter that I WILL NEVER BUY A COLOURPOP PRODUCT FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR OF 2017 haha, who was I kidding, I only lasted 26 days hahahahaha), but even though I admit I was weak, I'm so happy with my new stuff.
ColourPop now has pressed powder eyeshadows and they are amazing! The pigmentation is great, they blend well, and they are only $5 each! But wait, there's more! If you buy 4 single pressed shadows, you immediately get a free magnetic palette! The shades I got are Come and Get It, Get Out, Locked and Loaded, Made to Last, and the limited edition free shadow I got which is called Milli. I will be filming this makeup look that I did before using the shadows, so you guys can see how they work on the eyelids! Watch out for it!
I've always been so curious about mink lashes ever since I saw how pretty they looked, but I just never had the money to actually purchase a pair. A week and a half ago, I was given the chance to collaborate with Private Label Extensions to review a couple of their lashes and oh my gosh, their lashes are game changers! I will be writing a full review on them very soon, but all you need to know right now is that their lashes are beautiful and very natural-looking! If you follow me on Instagram, you probably have seen a few pictures of me wearing them in the style Amelia.
This lash glue has been the perfect partner to them mink lashes! These hold the lashes really well. I tested them on our Ascend 2 anniversary party and holy moly, my lashes stayed put for over 10 hours! Not even the inner corners popped up! I was very impressed! If you are looking for a really affordable lash glue, grab this one.
PS: DO NOT BUY the other duo lash glue that's looks like a little toothpaste tube. That glue sucks!
I bought this because I was in need of a new under eye concealer, and honestly, to check whether the hype was real or not. Well, it made it to my favorites post so yes, THE HYPE IS INDEED REAL! Seeing this product on Jae's Best of 2016: All Things Beauty post pushed me to purchase it myself.
I love this concealer so much, in the shade Medium in particular, because I can also use it as foundation! Not only does it match my complexion perfectly, it gives me full coverage without the heavy feeling a regular foundation would. It's crazy how well this covers up every thing! The consistency is a little thick, but once blended out with a beauty sponge, it looks flawless. It doesn't crease underneath my eyes, and it doesn't look cakey even after setting/baking it with translucent powder. This is by far the best concealer I have ever used, and if I run out, I will definitely repurchase even though it's a little pricey!
• MISC. •
I forgot to include this in last month's favorites, so I'm including it on this one. This has been Jorge and I's favorite snack! It's filling and it's so yummy! I don't think it is the healthiest because we use a lot of fruits (and fruits have sugar in them), but it's still a better alternative to eating at IHOP. HAHA. This is the recipe I follow, and as I'm typing this, I kinda want to make a bowl. HUHU.
• Mascarpone Cheese + Scallion
This combo has made my avocado toasts 100 percent better! I mix in some chopped scallions to my store-bought mascarpone cheese, and I spread it on my toast before I add the avocados. It's seriously the best thing I've done to my breakfast! You're welcome!
Bullet journaling is impossible without this pen, and the one that I use is the .35mm. It's not better than the Faber Castell ones, but this pen's easier to find in this area so here we are. It works fine, I just think it dries a tad bit slower than my Faber Castell pens.
One day, I'll stop talking about my new shoes, but right now, I just can't shut up about them. HAHA. These are the COMFIEST shoes I own, and like I said in my previous post, I find it hard to NOT use them every day! They look so good, and my feet feel like they're in heaven when I put them primeknits on. I just hate that no matter how hard I try to keep them clean, it's inevitably going to get dirty. It already has a few stains, and that's normal for white shoes. I'm going to clean them soon though, I'm just waiting for my special sneakers cleaner. :)
• My bangs
Last week, my friend Angela, who's a hairstylist, cut my bangs, and I LOVE THEM SO MUCH. Apparently, a lot of you say so too and that makes me really happy!
This show is crazy, literally! I don't want to give anything away, but if you are looking for a great show that is suspenseful, entertaining, and just overall amazing, be sure to watch Bates Motel. Netflix has seasons 1-4 and Season 5, the last season, is ongoing right now. I suggest that you catch up because I'm sure the ending's going to be "crazy" epic! Vera Farmiga is so charming and beautiful, and I just can't get enough of her!
• Get Out
YO! I've already shared my feelings about this on Twitter and InstaStories, but in case you missed those, I'm telling you right now. Get out of your house, and watch Get Out. Just trust me when I say that this movie is ridiculously good! Then after you watch it, come back here and let's talk! It's that good!
• Falling Into You (Acoustic)
Hillsong Young & Free recently released an "acoustic" album, and the first 6 songs are so good! If you want something to listen to that doesn't feel or sound too "christian-y", this album is for you! My personal favorites are Falling Into You, When The Fight Calls, and I love You Lord/Passion remixes. :)
How was your February and what are you guys looking forward to this March?:)
