The Top 3 Things I Cannot Afford To Lose

If you read my previous post then you know that blogging is my full time job and I actually love it! Not a lot of people can say that they love their jobs, and I'm so grateful to not be a part of that group. Photography, editing, writing, creating makeup videos, product shots, social media, etc., anything blogging related, I enjoy it! Blogging initially sounds like it's not a big deal, but once you actually break down everything that makes blogging possible, it can be pretty expensive. And the one thing that's not enjoyable is when you lose something that is the bread and butter of your job.

Today, I will be sharing with you the top three "blogging" things I literally cannot afford to lose, and I'll show you how I keep track of them! #Tile #TileIt #TogetherWeFind

1. MY BULLET JOURNAL

This is the first thing I cannot afford to lose. Call me old school, but I still prefer writing down important things on paper. My bullet journal is also a planner which holds all the important dates and tasks that I have for work, and if I lose it, my week is basically screwed. A notebook like this one is easy to misplace, especially for someone that likes to switch purses regularly. My Leuchtturm1917 notebook has a pocket at the back where I keep a Tile so I know exactly where my notebook is at all times.

2. MY DSLR CAMERA

I literally cannot afford to lose my camera. It's one of the most important things I use for work, and it would suck if I lost it! Camera straps usually help keep cameras secure, but I personally do not like using them especially when I shoot wedding photography with my husband. I find that they get in the way of my shots! So the one thing that helps me keep track of my camera is a Tile. I attached it to the strap hole of my camera, and now I'll know exactly where my camera is whenever I do work in public.

3. MY GADGET BAG

Since I still don't have a proper camera bag, we'll just call it my gadget bag. When I take my work outside of the apartment, all my work essentials: my laptop, camera, and battery chargers, all go in one bag. This bag is obviously bank if ever I do lose it! But since I have a Tile attached to my camera, I won't be too worried because I'll know exactly where my gadget bag will be. And I know that all the other Tile users will help me recover it, thanks Tile's awesome community.
