How To Make Beach Days Easier with Sahale Snacks

This post is sponsored by Sahale Snacks but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

As new Miami locals, I love that my family can visit the beach whenever we want to! We live literally 20 minutes away from the beautiful blue waters and creamy sand so we find ourselves at the beach at least 3 times a week. Is that excessive? Asking for a friend, lol.

After having all these beach trips, we’ve had our fair share of trial and error when it comes to convenience, because if we’re going to keep it a hundred here, beach trips aren’t always stress-free.

Today, I will be sharing with you a few ways on how to make your own beach trips a little easier!

  1. Bring Sahale Snacks

Snacks are a must for beach trips, especially when you plan on being out there for hours! Sahale Snacks is what we’ve been grabbing these days because this mama has got no time to actually prepare snacks anymore. I love that I can just grab Sahale Snacks and go. They’re very delicious, made with real ingredients, and are protein-based! Even Adeline loves this stuff, especially the Maple Pecans Glazed Mix! OMG. You have to try!

They have a bunch of different fun flavors, so if you’re looking for an easy snack to grab on-the-go on beach days or any other day, Sahale Snacks is the way to go.

  2. Plan Ahead

“What beach are you going to? What time of day? How’s the parking situation? Will there be shade? Do I want a tan, or do I just want to chill? Am I going to shoot a lot of photos? Are there instagrammable spots there?”

All these things (and more) are important things to consider when planning a beach trip. I suggest that you do a little bit of research beforehand so you can really maximize your beach trip.

We usually go to the beach around 3/4PM because we know the sun won’t be too harsh, then we stay for a couple of hours or until the sun goes down. We almost always go to the part of the beach where it doesn’t get too crowded by tourists. If there’s a tall building around that provides shade, that’s usually the spot we’ll pick.

  3. Don’t Go On A Weekend

It’s a no-brainer! Weekends are usually the busiest time for beach trips and if you’re going to a pretty popular beach, good luck finding parking, or a quiet spot at the beach. We had to learn this the hard way. Whenever we’d go to the beach on a weekend, we’d be trying to look for parking for almost an hour! Thank God we have Sahale Snacks with us to keep us company.

  4. Ditch the Stroller. Use a sling or baby carrier instead

We had to learn this thing the hard way too! Strollers are great, but unless your stroller has big wheels suitable for sand, I suggest you leave the stroller at home.

Since we’re still just a family of three, we don’t pack a ton of things. We’re still pretty much able to carry everything, thanks to our baby sling! Slinging or baby-carrying has been a lifesaver for us. I get to carry my baby and our bags at the same time, and it’s way easier to get in and out of the beach.

  5. Get Yourself A BEACH WAGON

But if you do plan on bringing more things like an umbrella, chairs, or if you’re going with a big group, I suggest getting a beach wagon. We don’t have one yet, but I really want to get one soon. It’s honestly the best way to transport everything if you don’t want to carry stuff from the parking lot to the beach. Plus, if you have a child, your kid will enjoy the ride!

So those are all the tips I have for you for now. I hope you found this post helpful! If you have any more tips, feel free to add them in the comment box below!
