Versed just came out with a brand new product and I'm here to spill the milk - I mean the tea - about it! Is it good? Do you need it? Should you pass up on it?

The only time I like milk is when I put it on my skin. 😂 Who else feels the same way? When I heard that Versed was coming out with a milky cleanser, I was very excited! Versed sent me a bottle to try over the holidays and I have tried it multiple times, but before we get to my thoughts, what is this product and who is it for?

The Versed GENTLE CYCLE Milky Cleanser

So what are my thoughts on Versed’s version of a milky cleanser?

My first impression of this product wasn’t that great which was surprising to me because I usually love anything Versed from the get-go. Since I haven’t had a lot of experiences with milky cleansers, I was a little thrown off by the fact that this cleanser DOES NOT suds up! I was just not used to cleansing my face with something that doesn’t act like a soap, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and continued using it. The more I used it, the more it grew on me and now, I am in love!

I love to use this as my first step in my night time routine because it does such an amazing job melting off my makeup, even my stubborn mascara! One full pump is all I need and it’s when I add the water the magic happens. If you’re thinking to start double-cleansing in your night time routine but you don’t want to use a balm or oil, this cleanser is a great alternative! Then I follow up with my Versed gel cleanser and I swear, my face is as clean as a blank canvas after. How do I know? My cotton round barely catches any residue when I’m applying my milky toner (also from Versed)! And let me tell you, my skin always feels so soft, plump, and moisturized right after like my skin just had a very luxurious milk bath!

The texture of this cleanser is so delicious that I can’t stop watching this reel I created for the launch of this product! It has a slight smell to it but it has no fragrance whatsoever. I can’t seem to put my finger down on what the smell reminds me of but I do find it oddly satisfying.
