For a coffee addict like myself, the answer is no! What if I told you that there’s a brand that creates beauty and skincare products inspired by coffee? Yes! For real! This made me really excited too! Callyssee is a cosmetics brand that creates caffeine-based products and they sent me a few things to try out. Smooth as Butter Body Butter - Vanilla
Right off the bat, I fell in love with the packaging because of its wooden lid! I don’t know, there’s just something about wood material that I am obsessed with right now. But more importantly, the product itself is amazing!
This body butter smells heavenly, and makes my skin super soft and moisturized, thanks to its key ingredients like vitamin E, Shea Butter (my fave!!), and sweet almond oil! This product absorbs quickly and doesn’t feel sticky at all! Did I mention that Callyssee products are non-toxic?? I use this thing everyday, especially right after washing dishes when my hands need that hydration!
Buffing Beans Coffee Scrub - Vanilla Bean
When I picked out my products, I made sure I got a coffee scrub because EXFOLIATION is key for beautiful and smooth skin! This also comes in a Cocoa scent, but I chose Vanilla Bean because vanilla just smells so relaxing!
This coffee scrub contains all natural ingredients: brown sugar, olive oil, almond oil, and organic coffee — great for targeting cellulite, stretch marks, acne, ane eczema! I use this every time I take a bath/shower and I always leave the bathroom super soft! I just love using this to scrub away dead skin cells to reveal fresh and healthy skin! It also doesn’t hurt that it smells amazing! Coffee & Vanilla? Yes please!
And can I just note how cute the packaging is? I love the little wooden spoon that comes with it because it helps keep the coffee grounds fresh and free from water when used. It’s so easy to scoop out the product with it. I highly recommend this product!
Cup O’ Joe Bath Salts
I don’t take baths everyday, but when I do, I make sure I sprinkle in some bath salts from Callyssee. 😍This Cup O’ Joe bath salts smell like coffee and is infused with Sea Salt, Vitamin E, and Aloe Vera juice to help hydrate and soften the skin. Every time I use this, I feel so relaxed right after, and my skin feels like a baby’s bum! If you love taking baths, you need this in your bathroom! And again, how cute is this packaging?! It’s a “coffee cup” and I love that the little opening makes it super easy to pour the bath salts into the tub.
