Élan Studio Clothing Review and Try-On

Élan Studio sent me a few pieces from their store and I AM IN LOVE!

That’s the short review! Haha. But if you want to learn more about this new clothing line and see how I styled some of the pieces that I got then just keep on reading!

Élan Studio is a brand new clothing brand based in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. It’s actually created by Jorge’s high school classmate and that’s how we got connected! The style of their pieces definitely fits that modern boss babe that’s sophisticated, classy, elegant, and sweet at the same time. You’ll have to check out their shop to see what I mean! They currently have their SS’19 and FW’19 line available for purchase, as well as cute accessories, intimates, and night wear.

They sent me a couple pieces from to share on socials but I thought I’d give them a full brand review because I love them! Gotta support fellow expats. I do have to say that their website could be improved since they don’t really have a sizing chart or guide on all the clothing pieces so you will have to kind-of guess what your size is with some of them.

White Rose Bralette

Let’s start with the piece that just didn’t work out for me. It’s not because the bralette was poorly made or anything but it’s because it was just too small for me. :( Being a mama changed me in so many ways and that included my cup size. HAHA. I grew from a B to a D and now a C-ish. So review: great for small-chested women! The quality of the materials used is amazing! I’m just glad I will still be able to get some use out of this bralette as a flatlay prop. hihi.

The Classic White Blazer

This on the other hand is a big win! I love love love this linen blazer! I think it’s so perfect for Miami since the fabric is breathable but still gives that good coverage where you need it. I am obsessed with this silhouette which I think is flattering on a lot of body types. At first I was a little nervous that this wasn’t going to fit me because I usually get a bigger size for outerwear pieces because I like an oversized fit, but this medium size surprised me in the best way! It fits perfectly on me and I love the length of it! It has shoulder pads for that extra boss vibe, and I love that it has functional pockets and buttons. Definitely get this if you are in need of a white everyday blazer. Elevates any casual look. Comes in only two sizes unfortunately. I’m around 150-ish lbs. and I’m wearing the size medium.

Longline Blush Satin Blazer

Never felt “love at first sight” until I met this stunning blazer. 😍Yes I know, another blazer, but this was a huge trend earlier this year and I never hopped on the bandwagon until now. I’m late to the party, but boy DID I GO TO THE PARTY with this stunner. This satin blazer is the blush blazer of my dreams. The fabric is so soft and luxurious that I feel expensive whenever I wear it, and the color is the perfect shade of pink. It’s lightweight so I can easily fold the sleeves if I want to, which is actually how I styled the blazer in the photos below. I’m wearing a medium here as well. I don’t know man, I just really love this blazer.

Looking for affordable yet great quality accessories? Elan Studio has a lot of amazing pieces that I’m sure you’ll love. From your ears, to your hair and neck, they got you covered. Most of them are under $10! I got a couple of their gold and pearl combos (1,2)because you cannot have too many gold and pearl pieces. I just love how simple yet elegant these look! They also sent me this cute flower pin but I honestly don’t wear it. I use it for flatlay/product shots sometimes. :)
